C63 Used Car Market Cooling Off?

It might be a good time to buy if you're still in the market for a FL C63 as prices seemed to have backed off their highs and the selection will only continue to dwindle.

I test drove my first C63s at Porsche North Houston last summer. It was a 2018 PFL diamond white coupe in mint condition at a very fair price. I was close to buying it but then decided to go with a brand new FL instead. That was the first and only dealership who didn’t ask me for ID or sign some sort of liability waiver. I got there, my sales rep handed me the keys and rode with me in the beast for a long test drive up and down I-45. Really good people to deal with there!

I know this seems mainly a US forum but I'm in the UK and have been lurking for a while as I'm waiting to get into a PFL C63S saloon once the right spec car comes up. I've been very closely following the market and yes I agree it seems to be cooling alot now, it's somewhat inevitable really.
Over here there are alot of grey clouds over the economy, the printing of money during covid has led to 40 year high inflation which in-turn results in higher interest, that with energy prices going up hugely (2-3x the cost and set for more) its certainly putting a big squeeze on peoples wallets. This has dented the market since the turn of the year and now cars aren't selling as quickly and prices starting to drop, including CAP prices at auction. The only thing that seems to be holding up these inflated prices is the ongoing supply issue of new cars, but that will get resolved slowly over time as its already improving.
Its very frustrating as I feel I've already been very patiently waiting after mentally comitting to getting one a while back but not wanting to pay these inflated prices and as Im trading up by some margin it makes sense to wait for the drop. I'd be gutted to not get one for summer too as it likely won't be as useable in the winter with 500hp and RWD.
Great forum by the way, really enjoyed reading some of the posts and learning etc.
