P00217 fault code - slight missfire

Hi I have a c63 2015 with sportscat and downpipes.
I had a stage 2 map but brought it back to stock due to misfiring. The misfire has mostly gone now, only when I am stuck in heavy traffic then I just have restart the car when missfire disappears again.

I have been told it's most likely the sensor , that's why inlet camshaft is showing up.

I have attached the diagnostic report , any ideas guys ?

Your exhaust flap malfunction will cause your car to go into limp mode. MB fixed mine under warranty.

As far as the misfires, I can't speak on it because I had misfires as well and some things tend to work, others don't.
