Command Intermittently Freezing and Rebooting
Has anyone had issues with their Command freezing up and then eventually rebooting recently? My buddy has a 2021 and texted me his just started doing this yesterday. Next thing I know, I jump into my 2019 later in the day, and had the same thing happen to me multiple times now. Not sure if Merc pushed an over the air update, and it somehow has a glitch causing this, but my app says the latest was 4/6/22.
Just very strange the we both had the very same thing happen to our cars on the same day. Neither having this issue prior to yesterday...

This happened to my 21 c63s a couple of times. Usually just reboots back up within a couple minutes. The worse time was when I had to shut off the car to get it to work again.

Apparently dealer is aware of the problem since the beginning of this week. Temporary fix is to turn off live traffic in MBMe app until there is a solution. Hasn’t frozen on me since I turned it off.
