Good question.
I think so - what else can make such a noise if its one pice.

@JUNFITTED didnt told us more.

If he replaced this parts and noise is away i would guess this was the problem.

@JUNFITTED 플라이휠 수리하고 나서 문제가 없나요? 플라이휠 뭐가 문제였는지 좀 더 설명해 줄 수 있어요? 저도 이 소리가 있었는데 스파크 플러그를 갈고 나서 소리가 없어졌어요. 감사합니다.
