I suddenly had an issue with the button cluster shown they stopped operating (stopped working and stopped lighting up) even though most things the buttons control are working fine (eg the camera and HUD are working fine but i cannot use the button to turn them on or off).
I had a battery issue around the same time and thought replacing the battery could solve this problem but it did not.
had a service appointment recently and when I informed them about this issue they said they had to take the electrical board apart to figure out the problem which would be both expensive and id have to keep the car with them for a month+.
Anyone had a similar issue or could help with this?

Did you check the fuses ?

I just got a 2018 C63s this week and the cluster is inoperable and doesn’t light up for me. Any updates on your situation?
