Companion App for pre 2018 C63?
Hey folks,
I've been using this Mercedes Companion App on iOS for sometime now and recently switch to a new iPhone and it no longer lets me install the app. This app is really useful as it tells me how many miles on the clock and also my next service schedule..etc. For clarity, I am not talking about the Mercedes Me app. Anyone else experienced this issue know a work around?

If you happen to use iMazing for backups, you should have a look to see whether it can install/restore the app from a backup. I use the Companion app with our 2017 C43 and find it to be quite useful, primarily for sending a NAV target to the car's GPS after using maps to find it. Unfortunately it doesn't work with our GTR Pro and I don't like Mercedes Me (so I use nothing for it).

Yeah I tried to restore it but for some reason (perhaps with the newest iOS version) it won't let me install it back. And you can't find this app in the app store anymore. FYI Mercedes Me doesn't have these features I've mentioned. At least not the one for pre 2018 model year.
