Huge 420x40mm front BBK and 400mm rear conversion
Hey guys, i almost finished my HUGE front BBK and rear 400mm conversion as well..
Fronts consists of 2 x Akebono 10 piston caliper , found on Lamborghini Urus , New C8 Rs6, and Bentleys.. .. ( biggest caliper there is )
2 x 420x 40 mm 2 piece discs ( 412mm also available ) T6061 forged bells
2 x bracket made to fit
2 x braided brakehoses
set of racingpads
all fitting bolts
For the rear , we've designed a 400m rear conversion.
2 x 400mm 2 piece reardiscs with t6061 forged bells
2 x bracket plate
2 x Brembo 4 pots calipers
2 x new electric handbrake calipers
complete set of racingpads
2 x brackets to fit the 4 pots
complete with all fitting material...
Calipers , bells and brackets can be done in any color you wish...
For this front setup wheelchoice is limited and 20 inch is minimum..19s is a no go...
Other conversions available as well, we can make almost anything you want, also with other calipers ...
Wil be fitting this after my turbo conversion somewhere in April... then more pictures of course...

That must weigh significantly more than the stock setup, right?
Also, what upgrades had to be done to the master cylinder to apply sufficient clamping force on those massive calipers?

its a lot lighter ... discs stock are around 17.8 kilo .. these 420x40 are 14.8
stock rear caliper is 8.4 kilo!!! rear new 4 pots is only 3.3 kilo...
im waiting for my new wheels , then ill put some pictures up of everything fitted..
