Oil spots and lag C63S PFL

There are four spots, the largest one is almost at the level where the dipstick is located to measure the oil, another smaller one on the left side and the other two more towards the passenger compartment, I checked the oil level and it doesn't seem to be missing.
It's my everyday car, I usually drive relaxed, but sometimes I push it quite a bit.
