Oil spots and lag C63S PFL

Hello guys, this morning when I left my garage I realized that I had some stains on the floor, I couldn't stop to see what it is, but when I came back I could see that it was oil...
There are four spots, the largest one is almost at the level where the dipstick is located to measure the oil, another smaller one on the left side and the other two more towards the passenger compartment, I checked the oil level and it doesn't seem to be missing.
It's my everyday car, I usually drive relaxed, but sometimes I push it quite a bit. After thinking about what could have happened, I remembered that three or four days ago, I drove it very hard, a lot, it is that a Tesla dual motor was stretching me and I could not resist, the Tesla during the three or four tests that we did I was left far behind, although he tried again and again, he could not do anything against me.
In one of these accelerations, in Race or S+ mode, I don't remember, when I went up from 6 to 7, I noticed an unusual lag that I would say that I hadn't noticed before, but I'm not sure either.
Could it be that the turbo had a problem? I do not notice a lack of power, but of course, the car is very powerful and in normal driving it is difficult to detect it.
Now the biggest problem (besides the money) is that in my area there are no competent mechanics, they are all filter changers.
Any suggestions on the possible lag that I have noticed that is related to the loss of oil?

Sorry, I'm using google translate.

life the car up and check where its coming from exactly or take it to a shop to at least check for you. shouldn't be hard to do it yourself. let us know what you find. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. After taking it to a mechanic to be able to lift and examine it, it has been seen that the oil comes from the gearbox, it is green. The stained area was cleaned, it dried, apparently, currently the oil is not still coming out, according to the mechanic's explanation, it is possible that when I changed the transmission oil more oil than recommended was added (this I think is possible, the mechanics of the official service here are very incompetent) and by raising the pressure at the moment of strong acceleration the car expels excess oil. At this time it is not dripping oil, before taking it for the examination there were no new stains on the floor either. In a few days I will take it back to check if after cleaning the stains new ones are observed. I hope not…
Iwill keep you informed.
