Pretty much. I'm actually wondering who'd pay a premium down the line for a used Final Edition over a regular 2023 with similar options. Gotta have to really like those badges and the car cover, which you can get from the parts department if you really want them.

Does anyone know if mbusa will bring in the cabriolet version of final edition? Even if they do, I guess it would be around $140k?

This place is a joke.
As always, the final edition package includes all the accessory add-ons sitting in a warehouse that MB couldn't sell through their dealer networks.

There will be 499 total Final editions according to the badging, I think the 499 number includes the 2022’s that were released In Europe as well as the 100 allocated for USA.

For the $36.4k FE markup, you get some interior yellow accents, black painted calipers, exterior GT R Pro yellow stripes and an aero packag, an interior car cover, and an interior badge mounted under the clock on the CF center console which reads “AMG FINAL EDITION - 1/499”. And as some have mentioned, the PFL exhaust is back which if true, is a nice touch. I may have missed a thing or two but that essentially covers what the $36.4k buys you vs a regular 2023 C63s.

What you don’t get for the $36.4k premium: Ceramic brakes, either of the 2 black rim options (they come only with the silver cross spoke rims), exterior carbon aero packages, or the full night package. The exhaust tips and front bumper A-wing are chrome to match the rims.

My dealer offered me their only FE allocation, however I decided to pass and give up my spot to another forum member as I’ve decided to keep my 2021 coupe unless I find another 2023 diamond white coupe to trade it for.

Here’s the FE build sheet:

Yes, 499 worldwide, and 100 of those coming to the USA.

Although limited edition I really don't see it appreciating in value like other collector limited edition MBs, not saying it is guaranteed not to though.
I wonder why they set it to 499 and not 500, I guess they made it to sound like only 400 ish instead of 500 ish so to make it more rare? Don't prices always do that, $4.99 and not $5.00 for example to make it seem like it is cheaper I wonder if that is the same mindset MB went with to decide on how many units?

I don't see it, either. The Edition 1 don't really sell for more, either. They were limited, too and had some decals and unique options. The ED1 effectively had the aero package, which the regular C63 coupe didn't get until the FL. The Final Edition doesn't even have a unique interior. It's the same one I have in my FL coupe. Big deal about the floor mats and illuminated door sills. That stuff can all be retrofitted. But I'm sure they'll eventually find buyers with more money than brains and some people will think they are more coveted due to the artificial limit. It's not like the regular 2023 coupes have limitless allocation. The whole model year is a short production run and all C205 will be the last V8 C Class coupe and actually the last C Class coupe in general. So if the FEs will be highly sought, so will all C205s. Just a matter of mileage and condition. If anything they might actually raise the value of all C205s.

If anybody feels inclined to spending $180k as I've seen some of these being advertised, I make you a deal and sell you my '19 C63S for $150k and I'll throw in the FE floor mats, car cover and stickers from the parts department and it already has PPF .

I also noticed no ventilated seats as that button is blank. That would drive me nuts at that price point. Sometimes MB leaves basic crap like that out on special editions. Really dumb if you ask me. Just like the 38k extra for the GLE 63S Edition 55 they leave out rear climate and rear heated seats and a couple of other items.
