Quote: You mean we typed your username into the search box to figure out what part you were complaining about? Look at the thread you commented on. every single person has positive things to say except for you. You also lie, saying they melted, and almost "totalled your car" If youre gonna bash a product dont make **** up. They are printed in onyx. there is 0% chance They melted unless you took a lighter to them. This is getting old.

you go from this

to this

and I just want to reiterate right here:

I AT NO POINT TRIED TO RETURN OR ASK FOR ANY TYPE OF HELP FROM THE VENDOR.

Kinda hard to help ya then wouldn't ya think??

Here was a response to you in 2020 that you chose to ignore.

Last time i checked for you I believe we had sold 71 sets of tubes to happy customers, and then 1 set to one customer that just keeps on about the same BS (that ones you) That number is likely up over 100 at this point. still just 1 complainer. It was most likely as simple as changing that torx bolt to a button head.
But here you are making every thread about you and some lies you made up about a part you failed to install properly.

I told you I brought receipts.
first, you’re saying a lie, but then you say, I must change something for it to fit?? Really smart logic for a child.

Thank you for taking the time to look years later you scumbag. Where were you for all of the customers years ago? I am not the only one and you need to improve your search skills. Your immaturity here will shine brightly. I don’t have customers to serve. You are also alleging that I needed to change something on my car for your poorly designed part to fit but you are neglecting to mention that the tubes also we’re not properly designed to cover the space they needed to because YOU MESSED UP and you false advertised based on YOUR assumptions of fitment, not reality. Your parts also melt and deform. MULTIPLE ERRORS LEADING TO COMPLETE JUNK, (the pictures are there to see unless of course you don’t know how to search) not because it was a single bolt for me to change. You ignore your customers and act like a baby when we call you out Phil. You can continue to think you have any clue how to serve a customer. continuing to prove that you are a lieing piece of uneducated dooo. Anyone that sees you on YouTube can see what you are.

bump for VeryRealProblems.

god forbid anyone has any problems with all of your knockoff parts. How will you ignore them and then tell them they are wrong years later.

you brought receipts to what, your ignorance? I mentioned a long time ago that I got screwed for a few hundred dollars from you I was going thousands.. Where have you been or did you just get sober?

Get a clue Phil or whoever you have typing. Go to a business class at your local high school you dropped out of and start your education to serving the customer better.

Thanks again for responding and allow me to continue to educate others out there of your tactics. I’m a customer that has money to spend with people that can act normal. I accept mistakes. I do not accept your continued displays of indecency.

and yes, I went from informational purposes to blasting you because of the continued ignorance you display after ignoring the niceness. That’s how it goes until we stop reading of all the people you screw. I reached once, so saying I never reached out meant I did not chase you after especially after alleging I was wrong after pics, or file a complaint because I’d rather waste my time this way.

Keep telling yourself whatever youd like,

I posted the facts. Replying to you has been a waste of time for the last 4 years. Anyone who would like to see the truth can go checkout the thread themselves. Regardless of your continued attempts to bash, the tubes are still the #1 most sold product in the 278 category and all of the feedback is great. You are STILL lying about them melting. Its completely false.

You must be confusing me with someone else, because ive been on Youtube for all of 2 minutes and said maybe 3 sentences. But I expect you to continue pulling irrelevent things out of your @$$ to attack me.

I dont care how much money you have to spend. VRP is thriving and our growth continues year after year.

Tell me to take a business class... try running a business and having you for a customer. 😂

Lets not forget you are still on the thread about a part damaged in shipping telling me im screwing people.

Here are pictures of a set that came in today from Eibach. You can see the original packaging (no wrap or paper), One side is discolored on each spring, and the coating is chipped.

Update: I asked them to call me directly in an email with the pictures posted above.

VRP did in fact call me..

I shipped the parts back with the return label that was provided and currently awaiting my refund.

I’ll speak more about this situation once my refund has been issued.

There you are I was wondering what happened to you. Good work on returning that stuff..... I've never heard of or seen ANY springs with damage like that from Eibach and I've had Eibach springs on my cars since the late 1990's lol

Hope that refund comes through man and thanks for starting this thread........ people need to be aware about shoddy things like this

I must ask: why weren’t these springs ordered directly from Eibach? I ask because the seller had to receive the springs then repackage them and ship a second time. Was there a discount involved? Educate me please.

Eibach doesn’t have them in stock directly from their website so that’s why I went with VRP. And zero discount or notice that it was an open box sale.

you expect to pay full price for a new item. I understand shipping can damage boxes but to receive an open box with less than new parts also is absurd.

Days after making the purchase from VRP I ordered H&R springs from AUTOTALENT and those springs were received in an unopened, un****ed box from UPS and everyone knows they can **** up a box real good and to top it off the springs are unscathed and look what I paid for BRAND NEW.

In response, man... I was curious to know why someone wouldn't buy from the manufacturer rather than dealing with someone who entertains the mindset that they are a reseller. That's it. Nothing more be said. Man...

Alright. The point that pissed me off was the fact that I received an open box, with highly chipped springs.

if I would’ve paid for an “open box” parts in the first place I would’ve been content with the purchase because I know what I paid for but in this case I paid $400+ for new parts. I expect an unopened box and the condition of the springs is what I’m getting.

as I mentioned before I did purchase AutoTalents H&R springs (on sale btw) and I received an unopened manufacturers box and zero chipped springs. I just finished installing them today btw lol highly recommend lowering your c63/s btw looks way better.

They did call me since I left my number in my email. The call as expected was awful, dude (leaving guys name out) started cussing and I let him know what I thought about what I received, plain and simple just wanted a refund and a return label emailed to me.

Parts have been shipped back to them and I’m waiting for my refund. (3/14)

Either way just a bad purchase moment. My car is lowered now and I’ll move past this bad experience.

I would’ve but they were out of stock directly from Eibach. I live down the street from there and I have a friend who works there.

So, Eibach was out of stock? The next obvious question is where did VRP, a ‘reseller’ get springs that were not available. Glad you got this resolved.
