C63s Cabriolet

New owner, a few questions

Hi All,

I am brand new to the MB world and just picked up a 2018 C63s Cabriolet.

So far I’m loving it - it’s got its quirks but it’s great. I’m coming from a few M3s, other BMW and a Tesla.

Questions:

1. My top only goes down when the car is turned on, and won’t go up or down with the key fob - any ideas?

2. Anyone gotten their steering wheels refinished? The alcantara isn’t terrible but I foresee it needing some love in the future.

3. Rattle up near the rear view mirror - I know these cars are prone to rattles but this one kills me.

That’s all I can think of now, but appreciate any insight or advice for things I might not have thought of.

Nice looking AMG.

Top operation might be solved with a new battery. Maybe the system thinks there is not enough juice to operate the top unless the engine is running and alternator is delivering power.
