Winter rims & tires?
I just had the Pirelli Sottozero 3 installed this week. The fronts are good and rears are about half.
I called Tire Rack and 2 MB dealership to see about obtaining new rear tires and both said these Pirelli sottozero 3 rears tires are finished for this year.
It's just a personal decision. For me I did not want the look of those 19" MB rims on my car for the 4-5 month winter period.
Some of the MB dealerdhip have Tire Specialist who can advise and also have in stock winter tires that Tire Rack states are not available.

ive been running 255/35/19 square on my coupe and yes also dont like the look but wanted the best possible winter grip.
They stored these tires at the Dealership until the end of November.
I had no issues with these winter tires on 19/20 rims but did not drive in 12"+ of snow.
I just took a number of photos (below) to show ( installed this week) Pirelli Sottozero 3 with Front: 255/35/19 and Rear: 285/30/20. Note: the rears don't seem available this season.
