Soft limp mode, anyway at all to read it myself?

The fan caught my eye bc I felt like it was coming on fairly easy but I haven't had the car long so that might be normal. Anyways, if I drive normal speeds then do one long pull to like 120+ then go back to normal speeds immediately the car doesn't get any boost at all. Or if I drive at lower speeds like 40-75 but getting on it a little bit it does the same thing. If I turn the car off and right back on it goes back to normal but clearly somethings wrong, is there anyway possible for me to read the soft limp mode/code or can only Mercedes do that? Also, it has a CSF heat exchanger (already on when I bought the car), I went CSF on my BMW and it was really good but I don't really hear much about them when it comes to Mercedes so Idk if having it is a good thing or not.
