Thanks for sharing! In my case, I changed all of the coils just to be sure, since I had an older part number. Do you have the specific name of the fuel injector cleaner?

It was Valvoline fuel injection cleaner. Dealership advised it's best to put it in with gas tank being 1/4 full then fill up so the fuel injection cleaner blends better with the fresh new gas.
