According to Mercedes Benz Required Additional Work the fuel filter change is at 12 years/ 120,000 miles. See photos below that lists other Required Service schedules.
Spark plugs: 5 years/50,000 miles.

Transmission Service: 6 years/60,000 miles.

Engine Air filters; 3 years/30,000 miles.

And so on.

I believe we have the trans shown in that sheet to require service every 30k miles

Good point. I have a 2019 C63s coupe and would like clarification if my transmission is 722.9 or 732.930. This will determine when the transmission required Time/Mileage Service is due.
I recall the SA telling me it was 6 years, so let's see.

Plug your car's VIN into one of the build-sheet lookup sites (ask Mr. Google) and it'll give you that info.

you’re right! Looks like the 722.930 is the 7 speed and you and I have the 9 speed which is the 725. Well that’s good news for my maintenance budget.

This April I purchased a MB 2 year Service Maintenance at a cost of $1,900.00. It included the Service for 5 years//50,000 miles and 6 year/60,00 miles. The 5 year/50,000 mile service was just completed that included the A Service, Sparks plugs and wiper blades. Next year the 6th year Service includes Service B, Transmission service, Cabin filter, Dust filter, brake flush, wiper blades. I see on the MB Required Service Work sheet that the 6th year/60,000 miles also include replacing the rear differential oil change and replace the engine air filters. Will see on the 6th year/60,000 miles if they will do the last 2 items?
The SM stated I will save at least $1,000 by purchasing the 2 year Service Plan as the 5th year with sparks plugs and 6th year with Transmission service is very expensive if paid individually.

I change all my main fluids at 30k (trans, diff, transfer cases, etc)---cheap insurance I call it. Air filters I change every 10-15k or when my indy shop says to dump them. Plugs I did at 50k and just put new brakes all 4 ways so just did the fluid again on that just so I know the whole braking system is fresh. Maybe overkill, but I've learned it's much easier to be preemptive then reactive, when S* starts breaking on these expensive cars. Oil I never go more than 5, don't care if it's Motul or Mobil 1. It's a few hundred bucks investment to make sure the engine is optimal. I'm sure I will get a bunch of negative feedback on this method but at least for this AMG (of all the one's I've owned), never had a single issue with the car other than the maintenance I proactively did on it.

No negative feed back from me. I also get the oil change at 5,000 miles and have had the differential oil change and engine air filters before the MB recommended due date. Also I have the Cabin filter and Dust filter changed every year. Wiper blades at lease once a year..All with genuine MB parts. Just had the spark plugs changed at required 5th year MB Service even though my car had only 30,000 miles.

I agree with doing maintenance proactively. However, I don't drive that much so I do it by time rather than mileage for the most part. This has worked very well for me in the past.
I had a Ford Ranger that was about 10 years old and had about 50,000 miles on it and the fuel pump failed. Never had that happen with any other vehicle, but I have never kept a car for 15 years before with plans to keep it longer.
Dealer replaced both the filter and the pump even though Operator's Manual only calls for filter. Advisor says this is what is supposed to be done. I had checked with a highly rated foreign car independent and they said same thing. The advisor there looked it up in the system they use and it said filter and pump at same time. No listing for just doing the filter. They have done "A" service on my car.
No signs of fuel spillage or any other problems. I did make sure car had less than 1/4 tank of gas.
Incidentally, not sure why I posted this on the C site. Thought I was on the E site. Same scenario though.
