Turbo air leak, hose blew off

This is an odd one. Bad Mercedes QA.

Posting here about my new GLE63s since it gets the most activity but same engine.

New car, 2024 model, 1500 miles. Driving on highway, everything normal. Need to accelerate to pass some trucks. Engine makes loud air sucking or blowing noise. Never heard it before. Thought it was strange. Car seems to run fine. Continued on my road trip.

Drove another 250 miles over a few days. No check engine light. Car still makes air surging noise when accelerating, but only when display shows over 350hp output. Displays shows no boost until after 350hp and full 17psi boost when flooring pedal and full hp, but torque doesn’t get above 580. Also power seems weak at the top and unsustained. Sound disappears as soon as letting off accelerator pedal.

Finally investigated and took off engine cover. Found air hose on right turbo disconnected. Turns out both hose clamps on both ends of hose are open and never tightened. Luckily both clamps are still there so I can fix. I put hose back on, but have no tools on roadtrip. Drove a little and air sound and leak are gone, and now gauge shows some boost at low power output, like 5psi at 300hp whereas before it was zero.

Now I gotta get to hardware store while on road trip to get pliers and close the clamp.

So my question is, aside from closing clamp, anything else I should look for? Any damage or harm as a result of loose hose?

(not my picture, but arrows show clamps that are open)

Not to be an ******* but it’s a 2024 why not take it to the dealer and let them fix everything?

I was on road trip, couldn't go out of the way to stop at a dealer. I got pliers and closed the clamps. Drove 350 miles home. All is fine now.

AMGs :)
By your explanation you clearly need to go to the dealer.
These clamps are not "open". Please take it to an expert.

The clamps were indeed open, they are not one's pictured in link above. There's a locking tab on it that keeps it open, shown in my picture. A little pressure on the tab put it into it's resting/closed position
