240 temp, help

Fan kicked on around 210 degrees… only had temps that high when I had a hole in the aux radiator. Check all rads and no leaks. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Temp at 240

Do these have an a aux cooling pump? I’d check that or thermostat. Any way for you to get a scanner to check, activate? How many miles on the car?

Check the front aux coolers again for damage and leaks. Also check your coolant levels in both reservoirs. If they're very low then it's sure to be a leak if the coolers.

Can you smell coolant from the front bumper after driving with aircon on?

I checked and checked and checked… no leaks from the coolers. Gonna fill up reservoirs again to see if I can find a trace of a leak. I don’t smell any coolant, aircon still blows cool air.

Could it be a bad sensor, do you want to try scanning if there are codes present?

That's the transmission temperature, so you might have an issue with the oil circuit for the transmission fluid. Check for leaks in that circuit as that caused my transmission temp to get high once before a few years back and a leak was found. Back to normal after getting that fixed.
