Rear Grind Noise When Turning With Traction Off Only
Question, my 2017 c63s makes somewhat of a "grinding" noise when traction is in sport or completely off when pressing the gas pedal and turning at a slow speed with the steering wheel fully locked to the right or left. Is that normal?
If I turn the traction on, there is no noise.
Is that normal? When I turn the traction fully off, the car feels like it has a welded diff and the noise is very loud when doing figure 8 at the slow speeds (5mph or so).

Has the rear differential fluid been changed at the appropriate intervals and the correct viscosity? Every once in a blue moon, when I put it in reverse and turn, you’ll hear an ever so slight knock as the clutch pack is unlocking.
It is super super rare, but not uncommon. Even my MK3 supra did it and that was just a traditional LSD.
