P209900 and P209700

I have a 2018 C63S Coupe and I have ModalWorks downpipes with 200 cel Cats, and Zac Motorsports cat-back exhaust and Zac Motorsports intake. I am getting P209700 and P209900 soft codes for a rich condition on both banks. No CEL (yet). I am running on the stock tune. I have 90 adapters and O2 spacers ("defoulers") in the downstream O2 locations. I had been running "mini cats" in the downstream positions but then I was getting all kinds of "slow response" and "stuck lean" codes from the downstream O2's that would set the CEL (so the mini cats were too efficient for my set up). I think those mini cats should only be used in catless downpipes. Removing the "mini cats" stopped those lean and slow response codes but now it thinks it's too rich. I just can't seem to hit the sweet spot.
My question is whether or not the soft codes are normal and I should just quit looking at Xentry and drive it until I get a CEL (or hopefully not) ... Or should I keep chasing down the perfect set up?
After clearing the codes I drove it for about 40 miles, over an hour, in a variety of traffic conditions, like stop and go city and also highway speed, and got no CEL, but I'm afraid the soft codes are set again.
