C63 non-CEL, possible faulty pedal sensor?
Has anybody replaced the pedal sensor on a W205 C63 yet? I know the procedure and the part # I'm sure it's the same for all W205's anyway, what were the symptoms specifically on this chassis/model that were fixed for you?
I'm seeing a weird "soft limp mode" where it doesn't code anything out, but we get bad throttle response, seems like it drives a little slower that goes away, comes back? Boost is fine, efficiency is fine, it's not heat soaking since were in the middle of winter. All coolant, oil, and ATF are brand new.
On my 2010-ish and earlier vintage cars typically the pedal only throws a CEL when its REAL bad but itll do weird stuff like shut the engine off when you try to floor it, delayed throttle response, car will shut off immediately after starting it for YEARS sometimes before the CEL reveals it on the customer cars. I'm just hoping that I can "guess" this one into a solution and save the day here. I guess I'm looking for a vote or a point in the right direction.
