Mat Armstrong just used one on his Lamborghini Revuelto and it seemed to work HERE is the video OBDKiller is at 15:40 (mm:sec) into the video.

I'm not familiar with aftermarket exhaust systems, but when you remove O2 sensors and catalytic converters, is this not a modification of the emissions system that is illegal? Do suppliers of these systems disclaim liability or state that their products are not street legal? Seems also that if you live where smog testing is required, you can't do this (?).
