Question New version vs Black Series lifters

I have a lifter which sticks time to time and I'm contemplating replacing them all this Christmas holidays.

I rang my local Mercedes dealer for prices on the replacement lifters and the black series. He later emailed me saying: "I have managed to track down the black edition part number, unfortunately they are no longer available to order, the part number now supersedes to a standard non-black edition part. For reference, the black edition part number is A1560500025 which supersedes to A1560500225 which is the second photo attached below"
(these are the actual pics Mercedes sent me, one from FCPeuro and another from some Russian site lol)

My questions is: Does anyone know if the newer superseded replacement are better than the black series lifter buckets? There are a lot of places online still selling the black series, so we do have a choice of either.

Thankyou!
