Rattling After Catless Downpipe Install

Alrighty, so It looks like I've developed a rattling after going Catless. I'm used to the normal louder noise from previous catless cars I've had but it's strange that the rattling only occurs when the car is in drive. If I'm parked or in neutral there's no rattling but in drive there's a distinct rattling. It's sounding like it's coming from under the car but I've checked all Vbands / clamps and they're all snug. Anyone experience a rattling after going catless and only occuring when in drive? Under load it gets quite loud, louder than usual catless sounds go. Car is a 2019 coupe. Thanks again!

I don't want to speculate on your specific situation, but just know that pre-facelift and facelift downpipes are slightly different. Facelift cars have an additional transmission mount for the downpipes, and I believe only RedStar Exhaust makes proper facelift downpipes for these cars. This is exactly why I went with them for my 2020 sedan. Just a thought.

Other than that, I have heard that the turbo to downpipe clamps should really be 1-use, and this could result in rattling. Do you notice any additional exhaust smell/hisses from the engine bay?

Sorry for the late response, I've tried to check it myself but it's pretty difficult because from when the car is in park or neutral I can't hear anything coming from the engine bay, under the car, or behind the car. The real noise is when the car is in drive, I really can't check it and have nobody to check it with me. I did feel that 2 of the vbands that connect either downpipe to the exhaust are turned up resulting in maybe a quarter of an inch space between a heatshield and the long part of the bolt. I have not turned them around so it might be that.
