Anyone changed their drive belts/pulleys

Getting an odd sound recently and I think it could be the bearings or pulleys and the drive belt. Anyone do this job? Did you have to take the bumper off to get at it, seems so tight an area to try to work (maybe from underneath if on a lift). Just curious if anyone's done this and the time involved? Also, since you're in there, did you swap out all the pulleys just to be preemptive and not have to deal with a blown one later?

I just changed out my AC belt. There was a strange smell coming from the engine and weird squealing sound. After a month of that it all went away but AC no longer worked. I initially thought it was the AC pulley but after taking the bottom panels off I saw the AC belt hanging off the pulley. I ordered a new one and installed it. I did order a new pulley as well but never changed it as the pulley seemed to flow smoothly. It is a bit of a pain. I also should've replaced the other belt as well since you need to take off the AC belt to replace the other one but not enough time and that belt looked ok.

To replace just the AC belt you need to remove the lower engine cover panels and the 2 oil lines that are in the way of removing the belts. Oil will spill out but you can just refill the the amount that spilled. Here is the youtube video I used as a general guide:
