Lease take over: Mercedes Benz C350
We have a 2008 Mercedes Benz C350 that we are looking for someone to take over the lease payments.
This is my grandpa's car, and the doctors have said that he shouldn't drive anymore, so it's pretty much just sitting at home (with me using it occasionally)
The car currently has a little more than 14k miles and shouldn't really be increasing
Numerical information:

2008 Mercedes Benz C350 Sport
Payments: $470/month
Lease Mature date: 11/01/2010
Total Mileage allowed: 24,375 (so about 10k left for the year)
Lease end buyout: $25,101 +$150 purchase fee. 25,251
Vehicle turn in fee: $595
(if you do not purchase the car, charged on all MBenz that are leased;all dealers including BMW charges) a fee on lease returns)
Payoff quote: $31,689.40
Car is located in West Hills, CA 91307
I'm not too familiar with MBenz options, but it has:
Panoramic Sunroof
AMG package (wheels say AMG on them, AMG-like styling.)
Premium package (fold in mirrors, DRLs, Homelink; I'm assuming this stuff is for Premium)
Heat Seats
MP3 disk
Aux port in glovebox
Automatic
Original MSRP was about 40k.
There is a $695 Transfer fee that MBenz charges.
We are willing to pay for it if you make this a quick and painless transaction.
All services completed by Calabasas Mercedes Benz or Keys Mercedes.
You must be approved by MBenz financial in order to take over the lease
