Emergency Roadside Assistance
This much advertised service was, for me, unavailable one recent evening at 11 p.m. in Rancho Palos Verdes, outside Los Angeles, CA. My newly purchased C 350 had fewer than 1000 miles on it when th e Reverse gear was not engaging on a steep downslope. They wanted me to provide a credit card number and bill me before coming out to help me.
I complained to MBZusa and all they said was that they would talk to the people from Roadside Service.
Ha..Ha..Ha...!
They left me stranded for the entire night.
I got out of there WITHOUT their assistance.
With that type of indifference to customers' needs, especially when caused by manufacturing flaw, makes me feel that I wish I had never bought this fricking car.
