Unhappy Head Gasket issue with 121.920

Another issue has surfaced on the restoration of the 1958 190 SL. It seems as though the engine may have been replaced sometime in the past, as the engine block # is a 121.920 rather than a 121.921. The engine rebuilder did not make me aware of this and the engine was rebuilt, but the head gasket failed soon after it was started. (Yes, it was a professional rebuilder and that is another issue.) But for now I want to finish the rebuild on this engine. When it was taken apart, we found the failure was because the head gasket did not match up to the head, though it did match up to the block. The problem is that the is a convex cutout in the area where the spark plug enters; which the "correct" head gasket does not have.

The head number is 121 010 0320. Is anyone familiar with this head and know where to find the correct head gasket? I attached a picture of the head. Thanks.
