Recent experiences at SonicMS, Milpitas
So after many recommendations, my friend and I came into Sonic to ask about some work being done on our BMW and MB's..
Our first experience here,my understanding is they moved from the Mountain View location. The front office staff were not very welcoming and most of all they were all a bunch of kids in their mid twenties or so. Looking into their garage bay all the techs look super young like babies as well.
After speaking with the front office staff for every question we had they said they needed to speak with Darwin, seemed like they don't have any technical clue...not sure if much has changed since the move but based on all this we are reluctant to have our cars worked on here..
Anyone had recent work done at the new facility and can chime in on what's going on there?
