Anyone renting/lending out a spring compressor/LCA bushing tool in the Bay Area?
Time for a suspension rebuild on a w210 e55, I'm located in Albany. Someone help me out please!

Whats up Man,

I need to change the LCAs and the ball joints for both sides on my 2001 S500 as well.

I did some research and common consensus is that buying the whole LCA saves much work than fitting the bushing yourself or at a shop.

Let me know if you want to tackle this together, I am looking for the ball joint tool myself to start the work..

im sure youve found out that the only special tool required is a 21 mm combination wrench for the ball joints anyway... floor jack for the lca "s

I've done the floor jack method once on a diesel merc, way too dangerous. Ball joints I'm not worried about either. I'll just buy the tools.
