W116 Love

Hey guys, as the title states, I'm looking for someone pretty knowledgeable about W116's, the car is a 6.9 and I'm very interested in purchasing one. The car is located in Boulder Creek CA and I am in Monterey, the car has been parked since 1986 due to a suspected fuel pressure pump problem, it has 68k miles and obviously is not driveable. Basically, I would love to save this car, I'd just like for someone who knows more than I do about them to tell me more about what it may need, and whether or not it's even be worth considering.
