I have a 2018 E63 s and already having an issue with the rear end of the car. The car is currently at BH Mercedes and after 2 days there they still haven't had time to take a look at the car. Foreman even drove it with me around the block when I dropped it off and refused to call it safe to drive.

Not sure whats taking them this long but wanted to know what dealer has the best reputation around.

find a new dealer and don't ever return to that one...they're dicking you around because warranty work pays out less than walk ins.
