(CPO) Dealers in Socal are claiming no-haggle - true?

I've been a BMW driver for the past 9 years and I'm looking in to trying Mercedes camp.
I'm currently shopping for CPO C300 Coupe (And tried C43) but boy it's hard to negotiate these. They claim that they use market data and they hardly would discount over 5%.
They say their price are set to be no-haggle. I've heard this term from four dealers in SoCal of five that I've visited.

I'm just trying to be a diligent and educated buyer rather than low ball. Is this time of the year just bad time to negotiate? Or am I just being pushed around? BMW used to give me almost 15% discount for their cars before...

I’ve been negotiating both new and used from SoCal MB dealers for 25 years. Last night was the first time I’ve ever heard “Our GM is moving to a no-haggle pricing system” I walked out. They called me 15 times in the 24 bourse following their “no-haggle” statement. They ended up bending over backwards to make me happy: CPO 2016 GLE350 with 19k miles for 12% off sticker. I’m my experience the best I’ve ever done on a new MB 21% off sticker on a used 12% although they generally try to max out at 5% off sticker on CPOs. If you want me to put you in contact with my sales person feel free to send me a pm.

Thank you for the answer. I'm currently shopping for a 2017 CPO C300 coupe and they're pretty low in the inventory. This week, I was in competition with another person in two dealers for two different C300s. It seems like people are just buying C300 coupes for whatever the dealer calls them for. No matter how much I try to reason why my discount is rational (Once I even used the lease residual value to figure out the exact sales price) or try other tactics, they just won't hold me back. I even showed them my approved loan and still wouldn't budge. I guess it might be just these coupes..

If you can join USAA with the discounts you can buy new ( know you want used) for only a little more, something to try,
just checking around, it seemed to be around 13/14% off on new 2020....
