2005 C230K 4door sport wont start
Straight to the point. I moved my car. Everything is good on it no check engine nothing. So I parked, I turned it off then turned it back on quick to move it closer, turned it off then turned it on again back to back because I still wasnt confortable with the way i parked it. Then when i tried turning it on again it just made a click noise and wont f#:; start. Battery is good I wacked the starter and nothing. Bll****. Benz man

How do you know the battery is good? Is it as simple as the steering wheel is jammed against the locking mechanism? This causes many vehicles to not start, and the wheel needs to be turned to lessen the pressure of the steering lock in order to start.

The battery is new, and I tried the sterring wheel trick and still nothing. Could it be the shifter?
Honestly I think I messed something up by turning the key back to back each time starting and shutting off the engine.

Yes on most vehicles there are start interlocks with steering and gear shift. Try wiggling the steering wheel, gear shift and ignition key a bunch of different ways. Is the vehicle parked on a horizontal, or sloped surface? Grasping at straws here.

Its on a flat surface. My E brake is applied while the cars in neutral, then I put it in park so the tranny doesnt carry the weight. It only makes a click sound but doesnt crank
