Dripless rustproofing?
Does anyone have any experience with the so-called "dripless" rustproofing products out there? I know there's Corrosion Free but I'm not keen on taking my car to Canadian Tire...Any others out there?
I've used Krown in the past on other cars but it seems like I'm forever washing the oil off of the body where it drips out of the doors and wheel wells. Dirt sticks to the oil and it starts looking bad very quickly.
Is aftermarket rust proofing even needed on these cars? My E350 is pristine underneath and I'd like to keep it that way, if only for ease of servicing. Brake and fuel lines should all be stainless on these cars anyways?

I've done this with Krown in the past on other cars, but chose not to do it on my mercedes.
I looked underneath the car after 2 winters the car still looks like its almost brand new. I do run through the touch less car washes ( i know i shouldn't but I go to them, but i go to the ones that wash the underside of the car) I usually try to do it on days in the winter that are not super cold and days that ill be driving 200km+ to give it a chance to dry, I've never had an issue.

Yeah don't bother with this on MB vehicles.

All MB cars made from 2004 onwards are fully galvanized. Rustproofing them is at best a waste of money, and at worst I've seen the oils eat the rubber seals around the doors and trunk (albeit not on a Benz).
