Hi,
I'm trying to replace my hood emblem. I bought a new one from the dealer to ensure good quality.
I somehow suffered the old one out and tried to install the new one. It won't fit the hole in the grille surround. It's too big, and try as I might, I could not get it to fit. I'm thinking I may have to file the hole out to make it fit. Why is this happening with a new dealer part? Any one else run into this? Is there a trick to it that I don't know?
Please let me know.
