Problem & Symptoms: The rotating "scrolling" function of the Mercedes-Benz COMAND controller stops working. All other functions continue to work.

Cause: The internal shaft of the controller is prone to breaking after several years of regular use. When the plastic shaft inside the assembly breaks, the rotating function stops working. All other functions will continue to work properly.

Solution: There is no need to replace the entire unit. Save time and money by simply changing the internal shaft.
