It has been watched and discussed ad nauseum for years. The only conclusions is that the douchebag who made the video had a bone to grind with the dealership. They didn't overcharge him (look at the time code in the video), they didn't bend his rim and they didn't do anything wrong except accepting his business in the first place. Anyone that brings their own parts for a service job ought to be literally kicked out of the shop...
