I was in the process of selling my CPO GLK today and ran a car proof. Low and behold my vehicle WAS IN A COLLISION prior to me purchasing the car CPO from the dealer


What, if anything, is the recourse?

it's kind of late now, many years have passed. You should have checked it before you make the purchase.

The report does not indicate any claim made to insurance. Hence, the damage would be very minor / immaterial per se and owner could have made the repair out of pocket.
