Have you tried calling used tire shops? I just traded in my car and needed summer on OEM rim. It cost about $100/tire used.

I have a mint set of Runflats in that staggered size....

225/40R19 fronts
255/35R19 rears

tons of tread left, however they're Goodyear Eagle F1 RFTs.

Don't know if that matters? Ontario located.
