Parktronic problem?
Lately I have had my parktronic beep when I am driving slowly (or even at speed) and there is NOTHING around the car in sight. I thought I was crazy at first but now it has happened 4-5 more times. Has anyone experienced this?

IN other post on this forum some other fellow member says that is because the front licence plate base ( dosn't make sence to me ) but tell your dealer and let us know.

The dealer said the earlier sensors were too sensitive... and that they have an upgrade for this. Everything in my car seems to need a software upgrade... so far the upgraded the window modules, the ECU, now the sensors. Its like Microsoft Windows... there is always a bug that needs a service pack.
The Mechanic told me the software upgrade to the ECU keeps all 12 cylinders on longer and allows shorter term 6 cylinder operation as some carbon and gook apparently builds when it runs on 6 for too long. Who knows how many CL600's have the old software.
