Wink CL alternatives

If you had another chance to buy a sports coupe in the $85'000-$126'000 range, which would it be?

a)A CL of course, but a tuner this time. Probably a Brabus or a kleeman maybe.

b)A BMW Z8

c)Maserati 3200GT Spyder

d)2002 Mercedes SL series

e)Porsche 911 C4/ Turbo/GT2

f)A Nissan Skyline GT-R (Yes,they are $89'000 and are avalible in the U.S)

g)Acura NSX

h)Dodge Viper GTS ACR

i)A second hand Ferrari 355F1 Convertible.

j)Qvale Mangusta

k)Panoz Esperante

l)Lotus Espirit

m)Jaguar XKR or Silverstone Edition

n)Screw the coupes!- A bullet proof S500,750il or an S8

o)Forget em all- SUV's are what I want- now where is that G-
wagon or the hummer I ordered?

p) I'll wait for the topless CL

q) Wait for that new Cadillac convertible- the xlr or the "baby"
diablo.

r)Maybe look at something out of this range- like a Salem S7 or a Vanquish

s)Maybe something less than this range but just as luxurious and fast like an SC430 or a CLK55 maybe.

Lots of choices out there these days!

Definately a CL!!!!!You didn't list the 2003 SL which would come in a very close 2nd, so go with the big boy CL. Plus if you're gonna spend that much $ you might as well get something thats gonna be brand new.

CLK55 and Yukon Denali
I would take the the CL and not blink but I am biased- that is "the Holy Grail" as far as I am concerned. (I will buy one in the next two years)

I have to say that the Qvale is a very fun car to drive- and the fact that that each can be driven as a hard top, targa top, and a convertible is very interesting. It was a little small for me- and the one that I did drive was a "Tommy Bahama" limited addition and the palm trees on the head rest were even too "Florida" for me. These are very reasonable but have to be serviced at Ford dealerships. Although I have nothing against Fords, when you bring in a 75-80k car in for service you expect to have a decent loaner.
