Time to complain in writing...
...or even just attach a note to the reply card attached to your work order/invoice.
Then switch dealerships. I can introduce you to the service manager and all the SAs at Rallye. They slip once in a blue moon but not missing screws to the oil pan. That I can understand at the local Autospa or Jiffylube but MBUSA???
