For some reason my rear windows stoped working, thank god they are both UP! Ive tried using the window up/down buttons from the drivers side and the 2 in the back seat but still nothing, even whith the child lock "On" the front driver side buttons should work. I cannot seem to find out which fuse or relay controls them. Please help my warrenty ran out and dont wanna pay $$ for something that I can do myself.

I had the same problem with my '02 CL. It was under warranty and I believe it was a relay problem. I've had quite a few electical problems with this car.

Does anyone know which relays control the rear windows in an 02 CL?

I just checked my paperwork for the repair and it indicates there was a short in the rear control module. This item is apparently under the rear seat which had to be removed for access to the module for testing and replacement.
For what it's worth, IMO, I would not own such a car w/o a warranty as their frequency of repair is quite high. This is not just my opinion but that of every mechanic I've talked to.
As you probably know, the CL has more electronics than the Apollo moon rocket and it appears to me to be quite difficult to work on. As an example, one of the more recent problems (of many) that I've had was that the front seat lumbar went out. As it turned out, it was a damaged vacuum module which is located in the middle of the car under the carpet and seats. If you can believe this, both front seats, consol, and carpet had to be removed for the repair. There was over a day's labor involved, and at a $100 or so per hour in labor, plus parts, this would have been quite a tab. Thankfully, it was cover under warranty.
In any event, this car just went out of factory warranty and is now covered through MB's Starmark which I'm told is quite good. We'll find out, I'm sure.
