Yes, it is a DIY job (you may need torx drivers). If I recall correctly, first take out the cargo net, trunk mat, and remove the plastic piece at the rear-most part of the trunk. Then remove both left and right trunk liners. The taillights are held in by about 3 nuts (be very careful not to drop them). After you have the old light fixtures off, transfer any light bulb and circuit board that is missing on your new lights. If anyone remembers any steps that I may have forgotten, please add to this post. Thanks and good luck.

Thumbs up CL Tailight Upgrade

I did mine without much trouble.
You will need a Torex set.
Dont drop any nuts. That would be the only "ugly" thing.
Careful moving the LED array to the new units.
The standard bulbs are in a different pattern. But they are color coded
and it will make sense when you do it.
Take your time.
When its done they really do look great.
They are a little brighter than the originals.
More reflective material used in the new units.

Here is a link to the guy I purchased from. He doesn't have any listed for the CL right now, but his price was great ($377 including shipping), packaging was great, included some bulbs, and he even included some instructions on how to swap out the LEDs. Try e-mailing him to see if he has any for the CL.
