how to reset trip odometer?

so i filled up gas today and want to see how much MPG i am getting.. I am not understanding how i reset the trip odometer? i know u go in the trip odometer and hold the R button till it resets but its not doing it.. can someone sheld some light as to how it works... I dont feel like digging thru the manual and figuring it out..

i did what the manual told me to, but it did not work..

blazyblah can also chime in.. as he has experience the same thing...

yeah i dont know either...i was thinking about it on my last trip but i couldnt figure it out..

this cl (215) forum is slowly dying out so its getting harder and harder to get responses///

anyway try to play with it more ill try to figure it out
