these were suggested by another MB service manager that certainly seems to be more knowledgable and willing to look at something besides tires

meeting with big cheeses probably won't get anything done. just ask for your money back OR a new car....that's what you deserve anyway. that's what my boss did. she just threw a tantrum right on the showroom floor and they gave her a new car.
