are the 02/03 CL lights interchangeable?

there was a place in ca that used to sell the adapter but they don't anymore. i have bought a set of the new style headlights for my 01 when i got it 4 mo ago and still have not install it. the local guys is asking $400 to fabricate the adapter and install it. but bottom line is, plenty of people had it done before but i can't find someone to do it here locally for a reasonable price. if you guys can get it cheaper locally, tell them to make extras. i bet lots of people here are willing to pay for it.

if you show me the part and let me measure it, I'm sure my machinist can copy it down to exact spec.

the pic above is for the w220 s-class which i believe is not compatible with w215 but very similar. it's from autowerks in san diego but they might have closed down already. you do need to half remove the bumper to install the lights. they look beautiful though.
