CL600 Renntech
I finally ran my stage 1 Renntech CL600 across the dyno. It pulled 524 RWHP with a hp curve as flat as a table. It was pretty much at 500+ RWHP for most of the run I'll post the graph when I can get to a scanner.

Thats actually more than what Renntech estimated on 93 octane.
Renntech estimated
625 @ 5000 on the crank
which translates to (assuming 20% drivetrain loss) 500 hp rwhp.

Well, er, uhh, I was running 104 octane. However, I'm still happy. How much of a difference did the increased octane make?
Adam, I was reading about stage 3 tuning packages on another thread. What do they do for stage 3?

BlownV8, its about 10-15 hp difference.
Stage 3 is the larger dual throttlebody, new intake manifold. Basically, the Stage 3 is not yet been officially announced by Renntech so i cant give you guys much detail information. Please check with me in a month's time. However we do have a new intercooler pump which retails for $3995 + installation.

I'd imagine it isn't about hp gain; rather, it's about keeping the hp you've got and not losing it due to heat soak. However, if they isolated the coolant to just the intercooler, they could actually increase hp by providing cooler air. A larger tank could hold more coolant and possibly even ice. As it stands now, I think, the intercooler uses the same coolant as the engine. Please correct me if that is wrong.

I also have a Renntech stage 1 CL600. I was going to do the stage 2 but it didn't make sense for me to spend the additional $4000 for only 15hp. The best value was the ECU/TCU upgrade, which gave me 132hp and 150tq for $6000.

I thought the same thing. However, stage 3 does sound intresting. I'll wait & see what they get from the CL600 before I get too excited. Cost will be an issue too.

I can't get traction now under 30mph with Stage1, so I don't think I would be interested in more hp. I hope this traction issue will change with new 19s or 20s.

I strongly suggest the new intercooler pump for the 600/65 engines. However, the intercooler system must be bleed couple of times after the install as IC system is very sensitive to air packets.
