someone offered me similar steering wheel, I believe it was made by Victor and the top/bottom came with alcantra material instead of wood/cf. He mentioned it was from his S-Class W220 which I think would fit with no problem on a CL. I didn't get it because a. it was Ash color, and mine's black interior. b. he wanted $1100 for it which I thought was too much for such a small difference in material. But I really liked the firmness and slightly thicker wheel of that Victor.

I think the steering wheels are the same as E, and CLS besides the different airbag of course but I'm not too sure about the plugs for the controls. I know for sure the S-class W220 is identical to the CL W215 since I've used them temporarily when making custom carbon fiber overlay steering wheels for a friend's CL55
