Need some help with '00 CL500s

Hello, I am curious why is it the year 2000 CL500s and 600s that are getting most of the upgrades and bodykit changes.. But for this car below it isn't mine. I am curious if there is anyone in this forum that knows what changes has been made to it? All I know is that it's a 2000 CL500.

Wheels, Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Exhaust, Trim Below Door, Rear Spoiler, Tail lights, and MAYBE the Mirror Mounted Signal Lights (hard to tell).

Did I get them all?

Front is stock Mercedes (non sport) as goliath said,
although the owner might have a matching Lorinser front in mind considering he stripped the stock mouldings on the bumper.

OEM Lorinser front/rear bumper $1700ish each, side skirts $700ish if I remember correctly, I purchased them for a friend back in 2002. Then Lorinser came out with a newer style in 2003 (the one with actual exhaust holes in rear bumper, not just lower notch).

You can find generic/ replica made out of fiberglass, complete kit goes for around 1200-1500 a set. Plus paint and installation of course.
